Abstract

A developing nation like Nigeria cannot achieve meaningful development without a vibrant capital market that can encourage mobilization of both local and international investments. In a bid to deepen the capital market and beef up the Nation's investment level, the capital market must be given the desired attention to enhance its growth and efficiency toward positioning it for contemporary and future challenges.
