Mr. Chukwuebuka Okoli

Chukwuebuka Festus Okoli is a litigation attorney and LL.M. graduate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Washington University School of Law, admitted to practice in Nigeria. His research interests lie at the intersection of Intellectual Property Law and Human Rights, focusing on innovation, access to knowledge, and social justice.
He has authored several scholarly articles, including “The Patentability of AI Inventions: Navigating the Grey Area Between Human vs. Computer Innovations” (Open Access Research Journal of Science and Technology, 2024) and “Beyond Bars: Transformative Strategies for Reducing Prison Congestion in the United States of America” (International Journal of Advanced Sciences & Technology, 2024), as well as works on wrongful convictions and AI-generated works.
